The Project Manager/Business Analyst within our tribe continuously guarantees stakeholder value creation throughout the agile life-cycle by:
Bringing expertise and coordination to the Epic study and refinement process. Gathering, understanding and challenging the needs of a diverse set of external and internal stakeholders;
Consolidating and standardizing stakeholder needs into input for the delivery teams, accounting for technical and process constraints throughout;
Safeguarding E2E value of the delivered solution.
Tasks
Gathers, challenges and consolidates the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders and gains extensive expertise on the subject at hand
Works in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and/or conceptual and functional architecture
Involves external and/or internal end-users to identify, confirm and validate the needs and pain points, this in collaboration with the UX researcher and in support of the (Cluster) Product Owner
Contributes to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept throughout and supports the (Cluster) Product Owner with backlog prioritization and refinement
Defines the acceptance criteria of Opuses and Features for which he/she is in the lead
Works in close collaboration with the (Squad) Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure they consistently have all necessary information
Provides support during business and user testing and assists with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable
Supports the Change Manager and the Go-To-Market Manager with preparing change and go-to-market activities
Actively monitors the success of new solutions based on KPIs and derives potential improvements from this, that are in turn added to the Cluster or Squad backlog
Ideal Profile
Languages: English - Strong written and spoken communication skills; French/Dutch - Strong written and spoken communication skills is a plus
Education: Master or Bachelor with relevant experience
Certification in Business Analysis and Project Management Methodology is required.
