Main Responsibilities
- Maintain the quality of the data provided to the experts, company user groups and external panel provider, by monitoring the quality control processes using KPI’s and quality control dashboards (to be developed). If and where required, propose corrective actions.
- Follow-up on quality assurance process
- Coordinate and manage action plans related to Quality control and/or Quality Assurance
- Build a strong working relationship with the external contractor(s) and the operators in order to become/be the first point of contact for all quality related questions/issues
- Apply continuous improvement approach for the Quality aspects
- Perform ad-hoc quality control investigations and analyses
- Manage the user testing activities
Ideal Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance functions in international environment
- Master’s degree or equivalent by experience
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to convert problems into solutions
- Able to explain and clarify complex subjects to experts inside and outside of the team
- Team player
- Ability to work with high attention to detail
- Ability to learn and adopt easily new tools and systems
- Fluent spoken/written English
Technical abilities
- Experience querying databases and working with relatively large data sets
- Microsoft Office applications – particularly Excel (level: advanced)
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries (including writing basic queries)
