As an RPA Developer, you play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining intelligent RPA solutions. You work closely with process owners, business representatives, and IT teams to automate repetitive tasks, improve process efficiency, and reduce operational dependency on workload volumes. In doing so, you contribute to sustainable automation initiatives that create real business value for the organization.

Role Within the Team

• Analyze business processes from a functional perspective, translate them into robust RPA solutions, and take responsibility for scripting, implementation, and quality assurance of software robots.
• Take an active role in change initiatives and help ensure the smooth adoption of automated processes.
• Guide users in a clear and accessible way in the use of software robots through demonstrations, explanations, and practical support.
• Collaborate with developers to monitor existing robots, resolve technical issues, and discuss risks and opportunities with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Take ownership of your automation initiatives by understanding the business context, planning carefully, communicating transparently on progress, and collaborating constructively with colleagues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with a constructive and critical mindset, focusing on simplicity and efficiency within both the RPA environment and the broader organization.
