Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new and existing software solutions.

Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and system enhancements.
Monitor, maintain, and improve existing applications for performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver efficient solutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Share knowledge, contribute to team development, and help refine workflows.
Work closely with IT, business departments, and leadership to achieve common goals.
Participate in agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Co-create technical and user documentation and provide training on internal tools.
Ideal Profile
Proficiency in SQL and RPG ILE (Free), including embedded SQL
Experience with IBM Rational Developer and IBM Data Studio
Familiarity with VSCode, XML/JSON, and MS Office
Understanding of communication methods on I-Series: MQ Series, FTP, DDM, IFS

RPG400 or older
