Tasks
Redesign of various processes to further streamline communication with the customer, office staff and headquarters using Salesforce as the central solution:
- Implementation of new SalesForce processes;
- Liaise with business and jointly develop a to-be process
- Prepare, supervise and lead Joint application design session with various stakeholders
- Prepare documentation and provide training and support to users
- Support integrations from Salesforce to other Argenta applications
Ideal Profile
- Strong problem solving skills and creative thinking skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role related to Salesforce
- Experience within Financial Service Cloud and Service Cloud
- Knowledge of modeling a process in Flow and Omnistudio
- Extensive knowledge of case management setup within Salesforce
