To support the further development of the Salesforce platform, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Expert to temporarily strengthen our CRM team. The consultant will contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives related to customer management, case management, onboarding, and commercial support.

The consultant will join a multidisciplinary team consisting of Salesforce experts, domain analysts, architects, DevOps professionals, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing and configuring Salesforce solutions within Financial Services Cloud.
• Translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations.
• Advising the Product Owner, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Developing solutions according to the "Adopt before Adapt" principle.
• Configuring:
  • OmniStudio (OmniScript)
  • Flows
  • Validation Rules
  • Security Model
  • Reports & Dashboards
  • Case Management
  • Lead & Opportunity Management
• Supporting impact analyses and solution design.
• Transferring knowledge to internal employees.

Ideal Profile

Must Have

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Proven experience with:
  • Financial Services Cloud
  • OmniStudio / OmniScript
  • Flow Builder
  • Security & Sharing Model
  • Data Modelling
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
• Apex development experience.
• Knowledge of Boomi integrations.
• Experience within the financial services or banking sector.
• Experience with Contact Center processes.
