A hybrid role focusing on Agile facilitation, project management, and process optimization for internal developer and platform teams.

Core Responsibilities

Agile Ceremony Facilitation:

  • Lead and facilitate daily standups for both teams

  • Organize and facilitate backlog refinement sessions

  • Plan and support retrospective meetings

  • Document and follow up on action items from ceremonies

  • Report on progress PI by creating monthly reviews

  • Follow up of velocity/productivity of team

Project Management:

  • Manage a small number of moderately complex internal projects with

  • multiple internal stakeholders, across 2-3 teams

  • Track and report project progress to relevant stakeholders

  • Job desc Scrum/PM 1

  • Maintain project documentation and communication

  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and requirements

  • Support team members in onboarding

Process Management:

  • Maintain internal team process guardrails

  • Monitor, identify and jointly address process bottlenecks

  • Support team management in budget tracking

  • PI Planning & Goal Tracking:

  • Organize PI planning and execution

  • Track progress against PI commitments

  • Report on goal achievement and impediments

  • Facilitate alignment between teams and objectives

Ideal Profile

Technical Understanding:

  • Basic understanding of software development practices and cloud

  • deployment solutions

  • Familiarity with developer platforms and tools

  • Knowledge of CI/CD principles

Methodologies & Frameworks:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Experience with SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks

  • No fanatic believer, rather a people over process person

  • Project management methodologies

Soft Skills:

  • Strong facilitation and communication abilities

  • Stakeholder management experience

  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking

  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams

  • Decision taker, know when to lead and when to follow
