You will be the scrum master of a team that mainly focusses on devOps, infrastructure and security. The biggest stakeholders are IT, the Security office and R&D management.

Tasks

• Coach this team in being self-organized.

• Remove impediments to progress.

• Facilitate meetings (standups, refinements, retro's) ensuring the team is productive and focused on the right priorities.

• Make sure the processes (e.g. Definition of Done) are followed.

• Help setting priorities with the product owner.

Skills

• You already have a few years experience as scrum master or in a leading role in a kanban team.

• Knowledge of devOps and (product/cyber) security is a big asset.
