The assignment is to help define the architectural part for Cloud regarding a Lift and Shift from On-prem data center to Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop Architecture: Designing scalable, reliable and secure Azure architecture in complex environment.

• Migration Planning: Assignment is specifically on-prem Lift and Shift to Azure.

• Collaborate with Cloud engineers: Good communication needed as well as working together on the right solutions (Architect is not only decisive).

• Documentation skills are very important in this assignment so that no information is lost

• Being able to indicate what skills are needed by the Dev Engineers so that the necessary training can be provided on time

• Beyond the migration assignment, there will be a need to learn Architecture for Developments that use Azure as a platform.

• Knowledge of working within an Agile team with scrum is highly recommended.
