The Integration Solution Architect is part of this team and is responsible for the integration platforms and products. The Solutions Architect Integration (SAI) works closely with the product team to maximize the lifecycle and value of integration products.
The solution architect develops and communicates a clear technical vision of the integration capabilities in line with long-term IT strategy in close collaboration with the enterprise architects, the SAI has a leading role in the build-out of new integration capabilities, is the point of contact for new integration issues, develops technical and architectural solutions for the realization of the roadmap and closely follows technology evolutions.
The SAI is also a coach for the team and will be co-responsible for the integration services offered as a shared service center to the development teams and external parties with integration needs.
Assignments
- Together with the product team, enterprise architecture and the manager involved, identify the right customer and service needs, which are then translated into solutions
- Describing solutions, analyzing trade-offs and making well-founded choices
- Drawing (application) integration architectures;
- Defining functional and non-functional requirements.
- Defining technical standards and communicating them to other teams to have them applied, but also to evaluate and adapt them.
- Actively participate in Scaled Agile meetings: PI planning, demos, sync meetings, Inspect & Adapt.
- Actively participate in Exploration and Innovation.
Expected Background
- Demonstrated experience in similar position
- Broad business experience in finance and/or IT experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the field.
- Experience working in an agile methodology;
- Communication strong and that both in contact with management, IT teams and business teams;
- Analytically strong and a broad technological knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience in the field, this both in an on premise and cloud environment (Azure).
- Enterprise centric integration (integration platforms, message queuing, managed file transfer)
- API centric integration (API management, API gateway, API security).
