Tasks
You provide 3rd line level support. You perform troubleshooting to resolve issues and problems.
You interact with vendors and other IT personnel to solve problems.
You perform maintenance and system upgrades including feature updates, driver updates, hotfixes and security configurations.
You monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
You monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
You work within an established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes
You select and implement management tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.
You configure and install various devices and services (dependent on the team you will join)
You realize various and multiple system engineering activities w.r.t. preparation, design, build, testing, installation, run, incident & problem handling of (changes on) technological systems/products/services and other system related infrastructural activities.
You make sure documentation and procedures are up-to date. You keep your own knowlegde up-to-date and share this with colleagues.
Ideal Profile
You have strong problem solving skills in a Windows (10 and 11) environment
You have a good knowledge of modern device management technologies with a view to integration, configuration and maintenance (Azure AD, Microsoft Intune management, Autopilot, M365, Virtual endpoint solutions. Knowledge of SCCM and GPO management are a plus for the legacy environment)
You can create Powershell scripts for Intune and Azure environment
