You are the first technical point of contact. You assist businesses with IT-related questions, resolve technical issues, and ensure their IT environments continue to operate optimally.
You will work in a dynamic environment where variety is key: support, network administration, installations, security, and cloud solutions are continuously intertwined. This means no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on support tickets and analyze technical issues
- Provide remote support to customers from the head office
- Support and maintain networks and IT systems
- Install and configure new systems
- Work with Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions
- Maintain firewalls and security solutions
- Support physical servers and infrastructure
- Monitor systems and proactively contribute ideas for improvements
- Perform on-site interventions at customer locations
Ideal Profile
- Strong interest in IT and technology
- Knowledge of networking, system administration, and hardware
- Experience with Microsoft 365, firewalls, and security is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch (95% of customer interactions are in Dutch)
- Basic English proficiency is sufficient
- Customer-oriented, hands-on, and solution-driven
- Able to work independently while also functioning well within a team
- A degree is appreciated, but passion and practical experience are considered equally important
