We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who can translate complex business processes into intuitive, efficient web and mobile applications.

You will work closely with front-end and back-end developers, project managers, business analysts, and domain experts across multiple projects. In addition, you will contribute to shaping and maintaining UI/UX standards within our department, in alignment with the global UI/UX team.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly web and mobile applications using modern front-end frameworks

• Create user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes

• Participate in the creation of user stories

• Deliver designs that increase engineering team productivity

• Design complex input and visualization screens (e.g. tables, trees, tree tables, charts, autocomplete fields, picklists)

• Ensure a consistent and scalable user experience across applications

• Apply user-centered design principles, based on business requirements, customer journeys, user feedback, and usability findings

• Communicate and present design decisions clearly to product teams, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership

• Establish, document, and maintain UI/UX design principles and guidelines

• Collaborate in a multicultural, cross-functional environment

Ideal Profile

• Ability to work independently as well as in team environments

• Extensive experience translating functional requirements into effective screen designs and user flows

• Proven experience designing solutions for simple to highly complex business processes

• Strong collaboration skills with product, business analysis, and engineering teams

• Ability to clearly justify and defend design decisions, and challenge stakeholders when needed

• Excellent knowledge of UI/UX design patterns and the ability to share this knowledge with engineering teams

• Daily experience with design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma

• Strong experience in web, mobile, and responsive design

• Experience creating consistent end-to-end user experiences

• Experience with user research, usability testing, personas, and data-informed design decisions

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

• Analytical, inquisitive mindset with strong conceptual thinking skills

• Proven team player who builds strong relationships across functions and cultures

• Strong focus on customer and end-user needs

• Excellent verbal communication and UX documentation skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo)

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Familiarity with limitations and possibilities of Angular and React

• Understanding of the full web application development lifecycle (design, development, deployment)

• Awareness of micro front-end architectures
