Small team and therefore important that designers can and want to do more strategic UX work as well as UI work

In the coming period we see more strategic work because we are fully supporting strategic change from products to propositions from design. We want to develop the app as a gateway to our propositions and show from insights what customers can still do to improve their financial situation. We are also developing proposition flow. These are simple questionnaires where we gain insight into the customer's situation and needs, show what this means for the customer and propose a solution.

Since this exercise is already underway, it is no longer the time to question everything but to further shape digital experiences within this framework. Within the framework, however, there is ample freedom to create the right experience.

In strategic work, stakeholder management is important and we expect very strong interest in how the business works and quick familiarisation.

Very important to combine strategic work with executive work, as well as able to plan own projects.

For the executive UI work we use a design system so the user interface work consists of applying existing components to the maximum extent possible. We elaborate new components only when it is really necessary. Being able to work in figma is a MUST.

The UI work also requires close collaboration with the development team to ensure that the design can be built smoothly.

Ideal Profile

• More focus on strategic UX work but no more room to question everything, starting from a blank page
• Strong in stakeholder management and underpinning proposals and designs
• Expertise in figma required
• Experience within execution of customer research, especially with customer interviews
• Focus on office applications as well as app and internet banking (website platform).
• Senior profile - Minimum 10 years experience as a designer and minimum 3 years in a more stragic role
